How I look after your details

This site is run by Okuhle Ncinane in Cape Town, South Africa. I follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This page explains, in plain words, what I collect and what I do with it.

What I collect

Only what you choose to send me through the mentoring form or by email:

• your name and email address
• your age range
• what you'd like to talk about
• if you're under 18, confirmation that a parent or guardian agrees

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

Why I collect it

To reply to you and arrange your mentoring session. Nothing else. I won't add you to a mailing list, and I won't sell or share your details with anyone.

Where it's kept

Your request reaches my email inbox, and if the form service is switched on, it passes through that service on the way. I keep your details only while we're working together, and for up to 12 months after our last session, unless you ask me to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see the details I hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Just email okuhlencinane1@gmail.com.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

Young people

If you're under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows about and agrees to your session before you send the form.
